OLGC CYO Soccer program participates in the Region 11 division. It is open to all boys and girls in grades 3rd through 8th who attend Our Lady of Good Counsel School and are registered in OLGC Parish and/or attend OLGC Prep.

Season

The Region 11 soccer season runs from August 1st through the end of October.  Practices will start after August 1st.

Division

There are three divisions.  The Novice team includes 3rd and 4th grades, JV team includes 5th and 6th grades and the Varsity team includes 7th and 8th grades.

Practices

Practices for Novice and JV will be held at Gravel Hill Road fields and Varsity practices are held at Veterans Field

Games

Home games for Novice and JV are played at Gravel Hill Road fields and Varsity games are held at Veterans Field

Game Schedule

A scheduling meeting is planned and attended by all coaches participating in Region 11 Baseball.  Once the scheduled is completed, it will be uploaded into team snap.

What to Bring

All athletes should wear the appropriate cleats, shin guards, the appropriate size soccer ball and water bottle to all practices and games. Novice soccer ball size is #4, JV is #4 and Varsity is #5.

Uniforms

We use uniforms from previous years.  We will try to have the size requests made at registration. Uniforms must be returned at the end of the season.
